Engine Specifications:

Built by the Kilpatrick family, the boat is powered by a Nissan VG30DETT from the Nissan 300ZX.  The engine  is a 3.0 litre, V6 configuration running quad overhead cams with variable cam timing. Providing the horsepower is a Garrett GT series turbocharger which pumps air through an air to water intercooler. The engine is run by an EMS Dual Sport computer which offers datalogging technology for engine performance analysis. Spark is provided by MSD Dis-4 ignition system.  Running on methanol, the engine produces 550+hp @ 7,500rpm, pushing the boat over 100 mph.
